Refund Policy
Refunds will NOT be provided after services are completed. Please reach out within 10 days after appointment if your unsatisfied with your results or have any questions or concerns. Your stylist can find time to help, fix, or adjust anything if needed.
50% deposits for certain services are also non-refundable.
Services received cannot be refunded. If you are unsatisfied, an adjustment/redo can be done if reached out to within 10 days from your appointment. We can set a time up as soon as possible for both the client and the stylist to visually inspect the hair and make plan of any future plan or action.
Refunds for products purchased can be done within 14 days of purchase. Receipt is required upon return/refund. Products can be refunded if unused or unopened. If product is faulty then it can be exchanged.
