No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Not reaching out, showing up, or canceling with 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be considered a No Call/No Show or Cancellation.
Please reach out at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Not reaching out at all or within 24 hours of the schedules appointment time or not showing up to scheduled appointment will be considered a No Show/Late Cancellation.
At this time, New Color Clients who book after a consult or online are subject to an in-person or an over-the-phone 50% deposit of total services booked for holding booked appointment time. This 50% deposit fee is non-refundable and will NOT be refunded if client No Shows/Late Cancels their scheduled appointment.
Guests who pre-book their appointments will not need to deposit ahead of time.
At the time, clients who are informed and save their card on file with Kaity through Square at checkout, can also be subject to No Show/Late Cancellation (50% of booked appointments) if applicable. All will be informed promptly.
It's understandable that health, emergencies, and other things come up, just at the very least just reach out, please do not no show.
As a hairstylist our scheduled time is very important. It not only makes up our financial livelihood, but also can be very limited and in high demand. By not notifying before 48-24 hours, the stylist is not able to fill that empty time spot, which could be multiple hours set aside that someone else could have got an appointment with and are now going to be unpaid for the stylist.
