Latecomer Policy
Accepts guest who come in up to 10-15 minutes late of their scheduled appointment time.
Only accepts guests who come in up to 10-15 minutes late of their scheduled appointment time. Any time after 10-15 minutes will be considered a No Show/Late Cancellation.
If previously being subject to a 50% deposit of the services booked, that would not be refunded, credited, or used at future or rescheduled appointment.
Service provider will reach out within 5 minutes after scheduled appointment time to see if you are on your way and running late if she has not already heard from you already.
It's understandable, we all run late somedays. Anywhere from 1-8 minutes late is acceptable. Just please reach out when you can and as soon as possible to let your stylist know.
